You can't order from lumileds; they'll direct you to Future Electronics, their "selling" branch. I've lurked there a couple of times, but from what I hear there's now way of getting known bins unless you buy a reel or something like that.

There's no way of getting a known bin unless you get multiple reels. I tried to order a couple of reels and was told that I would need to order four reels to be able to specify Flux and either color or Vf, but not all three.
If you do order from Future, I'd suggest getting stars. That way, you'd at least know what you're getting. If you order emitters, you won't have any idea.
