my arc aaa has a bit of a yellowish corona. this is normal right? hopefully not all the lights i own are crapping out on me
nichia 5mm led, ok to have a yellowish corona?

Er, some of the Nichia-style LEDs do seem to have what I'd call a yellowish or perhaps beige corona, with a blue-white hotspot in the middle. I actually think this is an improvement on the all-blue cast of some of the 5mm LEDs, in that the blue/beige combo IMHO brings the overall output closer to a neutral, whitish cast.
