i'd like to get or make a 3 watt or 5 watt led light that is waterproof and can be mounted on a bike,etc. I am imagining a chrome/steel tube housing, then some kind of special reflector, power supply, heat sink? <font color="green"> </font> . I know where to get the ultra bright leds but the rest is a mystery. any suggestions?? thanks!
