anybody at all, please, tell me what 3 freshly charged 3xTW168s should read on voltmeter. Total or each is fine.

All three in series should read about 12.5-12.6V fresh. At least that's what I get.

4.2 volts give or take a little. Thats Li-ion normal voltage.
Were do get them? What brand is "TW" I have Pila but have not heard of that type.
