Has anyone seen "premium" bin side emitters (Lux1 or Lux3) lately?

The best I've seen are SYAK Lux3 and QYOH Lux1 and even those seem rare.

Three reasons I can think of for the lack or T/R flux and whiter tints:

1) Lumileds simply does not produce as many side emitters and the premium bins don't make their way into hobbyist hands.
2) Side emitters are more difficult to produce so premium bins are not as common as premium high domes.
3) They are just not as popular with hobbyists so the big buyers here on CPF tend to ignore them.

Any thoughts?

I have a couple of R3K Lux1 side emitters that i picked up last summer. Other than these, i havent seen many premium SEs either which is a pity.

They make a really nice beam in the Aleph reflectors.

not many people use them... They aren't harder to make they just put a different lens on the top...

Photonfanatic has some SYAJ se's.
I have one now in a 2D with a pair of 3toD's and a georges80 1 amp buck converter running beautifully with a frosty glass lense.
It has a nice, even, wide beam that just can't seem to miss whatever you point it at.
