Can this light be used with a Lithium Ion cell?

Take a look at the runtime plots for the Nuwai TM-310H 1xAAA posted here! Using the Li AAA battery gains an extra hour of runtime.

Kryo, Roy's post is about using an Energizer lithium AAA primary cell. NOT a lithium-ion rechargeable. From what I remember, a li-ion will fry this light rather dependably.

I've been using 1.5V lithium AAA batts in my .5W since seeing Roy's post. Works great. This is my EDC.
