Glo-Toob competition? Nah. Doesn't seem to be in the same league as the rugged Glo-Toob. Looks like the typical led kid's light stick you find in Target, etc.

My first thought also on its cheapness. It does claim waterproofness though. I did take the shipping cost into the <$20 figure I posted /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I googled Aquatach and came up with a dive equipment maker in Europe, as well as some other things /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif . I was wondering if the maker was known.
