Paypal: Refusing connections

I've been getting this all night:

"The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.
paypal.com"

Anyone else getting this, any explanation?

Maybe there is a malicious entry in your hosts file.

You could try putting paypal's dotted address in the address bar. 216.113.188.35
