I took the plastic, G.I. issue,2 D cell flashlight, (Why? I just like the "form factor", whatever that may be.) stuffed 3 C cells in it, and swapped the bulb for a 3 cell Mag Xenon ? Would heat be a problem? How about an Everled drop in, powered by the same 3C cells?
