I bought one of these from cy. It's one of my brightest!
I think the coolest part is that it likes r-123's. No more expesive disposables

recommend cell to run this powerful little light is R123 li-ion, but naturally you can run CR123 too.

VF is 3.373V running R123 li-ion drawing 636 milliamps. I've tested several ($4) R123's at aprox. 620 mah discharged at .5amps.

Don't have patience to do runtime tests, but 620 mah R123 cell will give aprox. 1 hour runtime. Please note you need to yank li-ion cells at first sign of dimming.

this small light will run cooler with li-ion VS CR123 which will draw aprox. 803 milliamps with CR123.

all measurements done with Fluke 87's.
