I'm currently reviewing a 28 LED light that comes with a very nice holster from http://www.in2thelight.com. Very good quality, heavy nylon, lined with a nylon cloth that lets the light slide in and out easy. Velcro and snap on the belt loop and velcro flap over the top.
It looks very similar to the one found here (don't know if this one is the same quality):

It fits the C2, M2, G2, etc. VERY nicely. Just thought I'd pass it on... Havn't tried the M3 yet...
