That looks just like my old Dorcy AA, except the Dorcy has a rubber grip on the barrel.

How much did it cost in Tokyo?
I think Dorcy's & my light came from the same manufacturer. Other light, 2AA luxeon
It's not Dorcy, but they look alike.

If you look carefully, you'll notice both are made by the same company. Bought them in the same store in TYO, last winter. Supplied by a Taiwanese company. Must be made in China.
The 2AA lux cost me around 3000 yen (don't remember exactly), can't remember the 1AA price.

It is a nice light, always EDC with QIII or PM6 for hi/lo light need, and as back up.
