As some might recall, I broke my collar bone last September in a bicycle wreck on level flat ground. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif Several botched/misread X-Rays and one unnecessary cat scan later. It has healed. The timing (weather, my being home etc.) converged so I took the vintage bike and the vintage rider back out. Minus the cut off riding shirt and the cracked helmet. The only permanent casualties of the whole sordid affair. I just did a quick 12 miles or so and do not feel worse for wear.
And no I am not going to break the other side for symmetry.
July here in Indianapolis there is a midnight ride that I plan to attend with 2500 or so of my close personal friends. There is a contest for pimping out one's ride with lights that I would consider but the entrants are more creative than I would want to put out the effort to match. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Now if I could find a way to safely mount a pair of electro lumenescent light saber tubes that wouldn't be a road hazard.....
