anyone every try to make something that looks like this:

They sell 10 of them for $400. !!!!

they only run for 6-hrs.

any ideas anyone?

There is a CPF r (Milkyspit) that is working on a "Milky candle". He did an initial round which performed well. His second generation is under development, and protos run for around 6 months (yes, months) IIRC. He has a sign up thread in the custom and modifieds secion.
