Does anyone know where to find a bulb for the Versalite 2mcp spotlight. The bulb is apparently part of an assembly and is soldered to the positive leed.

Thanks in advance
Eric

I haven't seen the bulb but most likely it is a typical halogen bulb with base and leads coming out of it perhaps 2 inches or so long with slide on connectors. You need to get the right voltage/wattage bulb and probably an H3 or H4 bulb assembly. If it is a corded light it will most likely be 12v at 30 or 55 watts and cordless it would most likely be a 6v version.

I have the bulb in front of me. It's a cordless, however, it's 12V. It's an H3 12V-100W-T, where would I get one. Is this a common thing, as I've looked at sporting good stores w/o much luck.

Thanks,
Eric

sounds like an H3 12volt 100watt bulb. Take it with you and go to walmart and look in the automotive section and flashlight section or try a sporting good store. Those bulbs are fairly common and cost around $5 for one. They are used in off road lights also.
