According to Orb it is determined based on when you paid for your light. He only had so many Ubins and the first batch of shipments (vs. payments) got U-bin and everyone else got T-bin.

So, if I plan to buy/sell one on the "secondary" market, what proof should I ask/provide to verify that this is indeed a U-binned RAW?
