Heading says everything. Got a huge load of goodies from BatteryStation and feeling like a kid at Christmas /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Haven't tried everything out yet, but my EDC Basic 60 is everything I hoped for. Only downside is /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/broke.gif

Anybody?
It's going to stay with my diving kit mostly so the most important thing is to avoid leaking batteries..

Not to happy about having to change batteries in a small inflateable covered in seawater either....

The only thing I can say is measure the current draw and the temperature and then stick one lithium cell with two alkalines, measure again, perhaps try 2 lithiums + one alkaline that will give you an idea what 3 lithiums would do before you possibly overdrive/overheat things. You would have to compare the operating perameters of the LED and maxmimum current it can handle.
