Surefires warranty and support outside US & Canada

My surefires flashlights was purchased outside of US & Canada. If the flashlight is faulty or broke, how do I go about getting it fix? Do I contact Surefire directly or my local dealer ? Can someone please advice ?

I would suggest you may like to contact the company from which you purchased your SureFire - they may be able to help you themselves.
However, I suggest you call SureFire's international number "714-545-9444", or perhaps email them.

hi greenled, i know the company where I bought my surefire is a distributor here. When I asked this question, I was preparing for the worst case, when local company closed down (chapter 11) and one of my SF broke down.
It seem now I had a chance to experience SF after sales service. Just got a L1 a few hours ago, after putting in a fresh 123. No light came out & click switch cannot be depressed.
