Good luck tomorrow Raggie! You will get through this just fine. Look at this as an opportunity for you, not a duty. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Look on the bright side..

I once spoke to a friend during a transition, about having to work with some new people, new bosses, and I was concerned about a bad feeling I was going to run into bad people. After all, the risk is always there. I've seen more than my fair share of bad and I tend to assume that there's trouble lurking around every corner.

She just told me to do what I had to do and that perhaps I would meet good people.

She was right.

Go for your appointment, who knows, sometimes people really are honestly better folks than we expect them to be. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hang in there, raggie.

Hey, how is your bike search coming? Were you able to work anything out?

Could be worse Raggie...

You could be showing your Boss a ticket for only $105.00 when he most likely expects at least $450.00!!!

He can be such a snot about such things!

Hope you have/had a good experience!

I'm glad you went Raggie. I feel your pain. I have been seeing eye specialists right in the middle of Boston. I have to drive to the suburbs, take the train in, then walk. The whole travel process takes two hours or more whereas if I knew and was comfortable driving in the city and could see better, I could do it in probably not much more then a half hour. I wake up in the morning and say Man I really want to blow this off but force myself to go as it could end up being a beneficial visit.

Anyhow I hope you feel comfortable with your new drs.
