Why is it when I lose power it is really LATE at night and I end up essentially trying to go to sleep without power not getting play much with my lights?
We had a freak windstorm with 50-65mph winds that knocked out the same power lines they fixed a week ago I guess and no power, but wait... two doors down a business has power, go figure!.
Anyway I did find one thing out. Red LEDs are cool in power outages to see minimally by. I was using the red LED in my fluoro party lantern because I am used to the clutter of LED clocks and stuff in my room to barely see around by and all that stuff was off. I had to block most of the green LEDs on stuff because they were too bright to get to sleep with but all the red ones don't bother me.
