how bright is this LED flashlight

i have seen flashlights with 1 LED and they are VERY bright would this one be crazy bright? or is this some cheapy? thanks

If may be the same 28LED 3AAA as the one sold by AdvancedMart. That one posted the highest initial throw and initial total light at Flashlight Reviews.

Keep in mind that 10-12,000 mcd LEDs are yesterday's news. Newer models are now using 23,000 mcd LEDs, at least in the 2xCR123A lights. I would expect to see 23,000 mcd LEDs and brighter displace the 10-12,000 mcd LEDs on all but the lowest-end models.
