Reanimate my graemlins?

Hi All,

I had to format my main HDD yesterday. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rant.gif Thanks to good back-ups, I didn't loose too much. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mecry.gif Anyway, with Firefox reinstalled, my graemlins don't animate anymore. No luck with a search here. Anybody know what setting is, and where it hides?

hiya larry i dont have answer but glad you had good back up. ya should also try ghost it makes very good back up even of ya setings and passwords ya can back up to dvd or multbale cds

Are you using ZoneAlarm or similar ?

If so it may be blocking animations, a common problem with fresh/standard installs.

Try going to Tools menu, options, Privacy... and hit the clear button on cache and reload the page.

Cache cleared- no joy. X-ray is probably onto something. I fresh installed my paid ZoneAlarm. Update- turning "Ad blocking" off in Zonealarm resurrected them. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Thanks X-ray!

I am using Netscape and when used for longer periods of time the graemlins and other gifs freeze ... and will only restart after shutting down netscape.
But I guess this wasn't your issue. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif

Funny that this should come up.
Internet explorer doesn't animate the greamlins for me, but Firefox does.
Another reason I use Firefox. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
