Just curious when did the ownership of CPF change?

I was just wondering when DavidW left the building. In a post from a year ago today he answered a question from Joe Thalmadge saying that he still owned CPF.

Hi Bart,

Thanks for the link and the interesting read. I guess I've always just thought of CPF as David's house even though Sasha has done the heavy lifting for a good while.

I have been feeling nostalgic of late, reminiscing as it were. The recent thread mentioned above triggered it I guess.
