My sons scoutmaster found out that I am into flashlight mods
and has approached me about modifying his streamlight M3 for grater output. I have been kicking it around. I assume that since it is set up to run on 123s that the buld is closer to 4.8 volt than 6. So to plans of attack so far.
First keep it on 123s and change over to a 3 to 3.6 volt
bulb such as the strion or stinger. Plan two would be to switch to 123 rechargabels and use a true 6 volt bulb and overdrivng with the rechargables. Any Ideas. They cant be too wild as heat will deffinately be a problem since it is all plastic. TIA
