David, no, it's just the one tailcap (a 2 stage Aleph, 60 ohm resistor).

I know it fits the E-series Surefires, but as far as functionality on this light I'll have to let someone else speak. I don't see why it wouldn't work fine. Yes I would Laser.

Yes, it'll fit a 2x123 E Series light perfectly. Just make sure you use a compatible LED head.
