Hi gang,

Seeking info from WWII buffs, on what these two items are for (that I picked up from a garage sale):

WWII_gear_1.jpg

(i'd open it, but its still sealed from the day it was made Dec. 9, 1944!)

WWII_gear_2.jpg

TIA!

Hey Roy,

Thanks for the headsup! Guess I missed that one when I Gooogle'd, or perhaps I didn't use the right search string.

Wow, $75.00 for the Khaki colored CS-150 "R" panel! Who would've thunk it?

I bought a few of the "cover, protective, individual's" a couple of decades ago for prolly 50 cents/ea or so, and still have 4 in my "survival supplies" cupboard. They stink to high heaven when you open them! Damn, I miss the days when Gov't surplus was just that. You could get some really cool stuff, veery cheap, like .50 cal "toolboxes" for 35 cents! The electronic surplus stuff from WW2 and Korea was even more awsome!
