I still get that kind of exciting feeling watching and listening to the shuttle launch! I remember the first launch and what a big deal that was...

Does anyone else still find it exciting -- at least for those first few seconds?

I heard the replay and found it exciting. Not quite as exciting as the first Apollo lift offs but still a step in the right direction.

GROUNDED AGAIN

Just announced - Shuttle fleet to be grounded AGAIN due to the chunk of foam they lost on this launch. Luckly it did not hit the orbiter
