step down converter to run 1 watt LS with 24 VDC

I am looking for a step down converter that can take a constant 24 VDC input and run a 1 watt luxeon emiter. Ideally, the output would be easily adjustable between 100 ma and 350 ma and the converter would be constant current type that would allow us to run a luxeon of any color regardless of Vf. Space is not really an issue, but it would be best if the unit is small enough to fit in a 4" square box 1" deep. If the project is a go, I will need a bunch (20+) of these so something I could buy off the shelf would be great. Any suggestions?

Use a MAX727 with a resistor after it.

We're going to try one of the xitanium drivers, they have a model that will drive 5mm LEDs or Luxeons so we can still use the same driver everywhere even if a Luxeon is too bright in some areas.
