I have a twoh in my arc ls (stock current but I could turn it up)

would a ux1L be a good upgrade ?

PayPal sent for 5 of these. These bins are perfect for direct drive 3 D or C Maglite mods. Just right.
I like the idea of kicking the light output on my 3 c mods. They turn out so bright with the t bins. I cant wait to see how the U Bins do in the same aplication.
Any body else going to make mag conversions with these?
I know that is sort of off topic, Just wondering.

Yes, these UX1L's work awesome in 3D DD M*g conversions - I have done two of these already - a very confortable 900-1000mA with no resistors needed /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

They are fine for the Groovy!, if you have chosen the NexGen driver. I would not put them on the POP2G driver though--the Vf is too high.

I want to try in a lion cub but the L is a bit too high.. the K bin is better.. i'm very happy with the UX1K i just put in the Licon Cub... these UX1L work great on my RT4.. Fred.. these are raw emitters? If anybody was more interested in stars vs emitters i'd be very interested in doing a trade.. emitters are more useful to me.

OH.. ps.. if you have a boost/buck driver these things are awesome.. i get 25% more light than a Tbin.. at a 'cost' of like 20% more power but it's more light in the same space, just costs me runtime.
