While reading what's written on an Energizer rechargeable battery 2500mAh I found something funny. In the warnings, in spanish language, it is written "No recargar" (Do not recharge). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

heh - confirmed. All of my Energizer 2100s say that as well.

I can imagine a Spanish-speaking person looking at the warning and thinking "Now what the heck am I supposed to do with this thing???"

recargar
(Spanish)
re·car·gar
tr. v.
1. - to reload
2. (aumentar) - to increase
3. (sobrecargar) - to overload
4. (abrumar) - to overburden
5. (adornar) - to overdecorate
6. (cobrar más) - to charge extra
7. (cobrar demasiado) - to overcharge
8. (TECHNICAL) - to recharge
From here

I am no spanish speaking person but it could mean do not overcharge.
