Saw the show for the first time, and was woncering what that big search light hanging off his shoulder is? VDG

Yes, my bad, Dog The Bounty Hunter. it was a big flat bottomed light with a very large reflector/head on top. VDG

Yes or very similar. what kind of light is that? not that I would want to cart that thing around, but just wondering brand/type of light (incan/HID etc) VDG

That sir is the world famous MaxaBeam used in more movies and television shows than any other powerful flashlight. Check out www.peakbeam.com.. Remember the little girl in Jurrasic park stuck in the back of the car with the Tyrannasaurus Rex outside? Maxabeam. X-Files? Scully and Mulder? Maxabeam frequently. Very white and bright. Can light entire scene without any other light in it.

I don't watch much "regular" TV, but do remember J-park.IF that's the one, it's pretty freaking bright. I bet it's a great EDC /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinser2.gif Yep, I saw an episode were he had it on and standing next to a door, and it was overexposing
the video camera. VDG
