any way to fix a arc aaa

about 2 weeks ago i figured the battery went bad so today i got new batts but it wont light up but it did like once after takeing top off a few times to see if i see coroion or something .any ideas i love this little light the batts i bought are cheapys but there alkile and work fine in my other aaa light

Use a pencil eraser to rub the solder blob on the head, and the bottom of the battery tube also. If your light is very dirty, you may have to clean the eraser off a couple of times while rubbing the metal with it.

If that doesn't work, then we can try something else.
