Surefire will most likely replace it for you. Just call them and get an RMA number. You only need to pay shipping one way.

Yup, Surefire should do the trick. I'll measure mine tonight and let you know.
Thanks you guys.. I already contacted Surefire and they said they would have to replace the whole head (don't know why). I don't like that option becasuse I won the luxeon lottery with this one compared to several other L5's I've compared it to.

Perhaps you need to call SureFire again and speak to somebody in repairs to see whether they can install a replacement window into your bezel. It can't hurt to ask right?

My Lens is roughly 1.2355" in diameter & .1235" thick. Hope this helps!
