With the sammie, what LED did you put in, if it includes one? Also, how does the POP operate since that's apparently a twist-on/off light?

i will have to check with Roberto, it is a T-bin, but i dont remember the specifics....whitest T i have though.
the light works with a simple twist on off, twist on then off till you get where you want to be.
i am using one in my FF2 and it woks great!
again the CR2 body is $100.00 or $150.00 w/sammie.
