No I don't think so. See if you can apply some type of non-aersoling epoxy. Superglue would probably cloud the little dome because of the vapors it gives off. Think on the lines of Foxy Epoxy or one of those epoxies that need to be mixed before use. Use a toothpick to apply a small amount all around the base edge and carefully glue back on.

I got it glued back on there but now the color is all messed up. It is a purple and yellow mix. It works but looks like crap. I am going to see about replacing the LED if it will come of the minipro engine its on.

The NYAL LD 1W emitter from my Dorcy 1W 3AAA respectfully disagrees.
Been on 14 hours a day @ 500mA for approximately two months outputting a beautiful 430-440nm violet with no noticeable change in brightness.
