Especially since it has been raining or at least drizzling nearly constantly for the last week or more.

That's the tip of our 12,003 ft tall mountain just left of center in the lower part of the photo.

There was also a touch of lavender "everywhere" in the sky , but a little too subtle for this camera to really pick up.

If any of Y'all had a nice sunset or sunrise lately, you are welcome to add them to this thread.

Due to receiving a few other requests for larger views, I uploaded one about the right size for computer backgrounds etc.

1200 X 700 pixels and 104K.

If you want a really high quality, big size PM me and I'll email it to you next time I turn on the photo editing computer....

For now, I'm headed down to mangle some aluminum stock and ruin a few Leds down in the workshop.
