If you can't find a 230v version just use a battery operated one. I have an Innovage 20 LED desk lamp with 3 D batteries. It will probably have a several hundred hour runtime.
Buy an LED bulb from Wavicle and use a regular study light. They seem to have a large selection of styles, both ac volrages and many different basas.
I have not bought from them as I live on the other side of the pond.
