Pila GL4 Pouch/Holster

hi all,

I have a Pila GL4 which i use for my police duty (England, UK) and i have purchased a Pila holster (the official holster) and i have found it to be abit of a pain to use. It is not easy taking the torch out, and takes a long time to put the torch back into it, the bottom LED part just keeps getting stuck and the material of the holster just collapses inwards making it harder to put the torch back in.

Im really happy with the torch, very bright, light and small...but i really need a better pouch/ Holster.

does anyone know of another holster which the Pila GL4 will fit into?

Welcome back. Wondered which light you got in the end. I had the same problems with the Pila holster.

Not sure he makes them anymore. Mine was a custom fit, bezel up. Since the GL4 has a bigger head I'm not sure this would be suitable for you.
Top quality holster with adjustable tension. The light will not fall out, even when running.

Its velcro adjustable if I understand it.

The single sheath is probably not big enough for the GL4. Just barely fits my GL3R.

I carry my GL4 in a safariland expandable baton holder. I use the clickie switch and it fits perfect in the one for the 26" baton.

At first it is tight but it will stretch a bit. I've carried mine over 2 years this way and had no problems.

it seems to be like the official holster by Pila, but looks more rigid.

ive been to ExtremeOutdoorGear.co.uk they have the official Pila holster which i already have.

so now all i need to find is a holster like the one at http://www.maxpedition.com/product/product_sheath_universal.htm but in the UK

have any ideas?

I think this is fully adjustable for diameter and stuff. Not sure as I haven't got one. Maybe one of the american friends here could post you one....
put a WTB in 'BST non lights' I guess.

the holster looks more rigid, and seems like what i was looking for...just need to confirm with Joe if my GL4 will fit.
