Can anyone translate this for me?

"No shu seiki Ju Kane fumi saku"

I'm told that this is what this script reads.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could translate what it means.

Nou Shuu Seki (first 3 characters) = The old name of Seki City in Gifu Prefecture.
An area traditionally famous for their sword and knife making.

Ju = 'resides' or 'lives in'

The following 2 characters are the knife makers name. I can't make out the first character (Mu or Gyo??), and think the 2nd is 'Jo' and not 'Fumi'.

The last character 'saku' means 'made by'.

Made by ?MuJo? residing in Nou State.

Someone with knowledge of swords and knives may be able to explain more.
