I've been in touch with a company that wants to produce a large die LED (high power) along the lines of luxeon, xlamp, etc. Currently they grow and package their dice into 5mm LEDs, but from what I understand they don't have the means to package a larger die.
I know a few of you guys will know something. So any input will be helpful.
If the company feels like they want to chime in, they will, but I figured I'd leave them annonymous for now. I wont say what the LEDs are they make as that might give it away, but its something that not many make, and the ones that do are really expensive.
