Tasklight 2L rechargable?

Hi folks,

Sorry if this has already been answered but search didn't turn up anything. Can this light be run on something equal to a Pila?

Are you referring to the 2L3W? If so I have one and run it on Uprotected RCR123 cells from BatterySpace.com

I run my Tasklight 2L Luxeon on the Pila 168S Li-ion and my U2 on the Pila
168A. Over the years, as a Haz Mat responder, I have responded too and
have handle many lithium battery explosions incidents. Although the problems
with the lithium cells in the past have most likely been corrected, I feel more
comfortable with a protected circuit like the one on the Pila cells.

Just my thoughts. ........... :thinking:
