I have for sale One Q-III,Direct Drive running a R/O 190 Lumens LuIII sitting on a Copper Heatsink.
It has Mineral Glass and a 20mm IMS reflecor.I modded it myself so i can not guarantee that it will work forever.
It is in Perfectly working condition,and screamsRED.

I also have 2 AA Extenders for the Q-III,it enables you to use AA
Li-ions or regular AA`s in your Q-III.

Is the R/O designed to run with primary CR123's, or RCR123 rechargeables?

I received a Q3 knock-off, (Nexxtech), in a deal awhile back and except for the bezel, it's an exact copy of the Q3. I like it a lot but I'm a Q3 novice and excuse my ignorance.

I'm very interested in your black AA extender and would love to be able to run my Nexxtech on AA's but how does it work? Does it screw on between the tailcap and body to compensate for the extra length of the AA's? If it does, what compensates for the thinner body of the AA cell as opposed to the fatter 123 cell? Thanks much.

Gene,

Yes the extender goes between the tasilcap and the body.
And the inner diameter of the extender are smaller to acomodate the AA.
