How does one prevent moisture building up inside the lens. Within 10 minutes of use there is a heavy film of moisture on the inside lens of my modified M@G that drastically takes away from the beam quality...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I always get that condensation on the reflector, too. They're all PR based lights. I've always assumed there was a really simple and easy explanation, but that it had always just evaded me.

I think that this was discussed in relation to an e2e fogging. Since search is broken I can't really track it down. The gist of the answer and solution was that when you replace the bulb or open up the light assembly bit of a light under high humidity conditions, some water in vapour form stays there. You can't normally see it but when you turn on the light, the temperature in the assembly rises and condensation forms on the lens. The solution was to replace bulbs in a humidity-free or lower-humidity environment.

All of this is IIRC, YMMV.:)
