about to give up on opening my company already

i am haveing troble finding product finaly found some mp3 players i can get for 42 bucks shiped that have 512 mb voice amfm etc etc .but the way i type im haveing troble i have many many questions but i dont want the seller to think im a idiot .he sent me a price list for 200 units of varies product and its in excell i dont have excell so i had to write him again everytime i write to him im sure he thinks less and less of me .i so want to do this though i think if i can get him to reduce the price to like 37 shiped id be able to make money btw it took me days to find this wholesaler lol
