I have what you need red robby, I'll send you a PM. 
For anyone else who is interested in replacing their Q-III lens, be aware that you will also need a properly sized replacement o-ring after you swap the lens, in order to maintain the correct spacing of the Luxeon/reflector interface. The stock lens is quite thick, and replacing it with the (much thinner) mineral lens will dramatically lower the output of the Q-III if the optimal focus is not preserved by the use of a properly sized replacement o-ring.
I just got in around 90 sets of the mineral lenses and o-rings for the Q-III. I was planning on posting them for sale in the next day or two.
