This is actually a website run by a good friend of mine, but I thought that it would appeal to some people here as well.
How do the games "Grand Theft Toybox" or "Washout 3: Wipedown" sound to you?

Aside from the VG reviews, he's also a very skilled writer too, so have a look in the relevent sections for that too.
The games reviews are in my opinion a work of genius though. Especially the first one I mentioned.
