I have. :D
4 G2G's in a 4c magmod with 3 18650 lithium ion batteries powering all 4 of the R/O Luxeon3's in series.
It's quite a screamer. :duck:
Be absolutely sure though that the emitter's (+) bottom is electrically isolated.
Mounting these on Luxeon1 stars or blank Luxeon1 stars goes a long way to providing success with your red/orange screamer.

Or easier still, just use Arctic Alumina adhesive instead of thermal grease for these stars.
Arctic Silver is still a bit too conductive to fully isolate the slug bottom correctly.

Can you get emitters this time and blank stars for some of them?
All the blank stars I have ever used are more electrically isolated than the stock stars.
I have yet to lose a red/orange emitter when mounted on one of those electrically isolated blank stars. :)

If everybody was really lucky, PhotonFanatic is dyslexic(sp) and you will get H2GHs. :green: (I have one in a 1X SF123 light, and it is awsome!)
