Hi,

I lack the skills to machine metal parts so i'm asking for help.

So i need a metal ring with the following dimensions:

Outter Diameter: 0.6" (15.24mm)
Inner Diameter: 0.57" (14.48mm)
Height: 0.067" (1.71mm)

Please contact me and we'll discuss compensations. Thanks.

No good goes unpunished, but I'll do it this weekend. (don't need no steenkin' "compensation!" :nana: )

Edit: I bumpted post with Zakerty. The offer is for one piece with free Global Pri. (For me, it's a 5min job, in aluminum.)

Whoa! 30 pcs I will have to pass. I was volunteering to help with a prototype for your project. Sorry!

A batch of 5 would help as a prototype.

This is for the JIL DD + FLuPIC mod. I've managed to fit a FLuPIC with the JIL DD so that no ugly o-rings will show and such. Looks good and a great keychain light!

Time to give this thread a bump.

Larry was so kind of machine these for me in the past but he's quite busy right now. I'm looking for someone who can do this for me. Thanks.

PM me and we'll talk. Thanks!

Guess what...

I got them made from "Messing" ( ).
Some kind of Bronze or Brass ? (who knows it better then me ?)

It's not as soft as Alu, it's quite rugged....

I've placed it next to some misc items for size comparison.
Reco is the company-name... (an old bill)...

Cheers !!

Great job and nice pics! What board is that - 1st run LS? Can you post a macro top view of it?

Yup, that's the Arc LS FIRST RUN board....
The one which drains AA-cells with ease.....
hehe

Replaced the emitter with an unknown now, which is whiter.
Voltage bin still high...
May replace it with a T voltage bin (TX0H) in the near future...

It the board from the head I used for the FluPIC mod.

I love the bezel you can unscrew....

I'll edit this post later with a macro of the board.

Edit: And here it is:
(curious, what do you need it for ?)

And ignore the bad soldering (it sticks very easy to the gold? plating on top...)

Cheers !!
