Apollo FX 5 Watt by Siren

Has anyone had any experience with an Apollo FX 5 Watt Luxeon Star Flashlight? I purchased one off eBay a week ago and ran it for about 15 minutes and the head of the flashlight began to become very, very hot, so I decide to turn it off, and when I tried to turn it back on it did not work. I am in the process of getting a replacement, but was wonder what anyone thought about these lights. Also was wondering about the Inova X03's. I like to explore caves, and thats the main use my flashlights see. Any suggestions on good flashlights for caves?

1 Watt Brinkmann Headlamp
Black Diamond ZenixIQ HyperBright LED Headlamp
1 Watt Dorcey Metal Gear
Broken Apollo FX 5 Watt

I was also looking at buying one of those.. The seller looks like he has good feedback so maybe you just were unlucky.. I would appreciate any more info on the light once you get a working unit..
