I'm sure this isn't news to many but I figured I'd post anyway. I use my Peak Caribbean in momentary on/off mode by holding the base of the light on the palm of my hand near the base of the thumb and my index finger over the head/lens area (see linked pictures). I just barely turn the light off by twisting a mm or two. Then by pushing down the head, I get momentary light. I can feel the pressure from the o-ring and can see slight movement of the head. The tip of my finger blocks a little bit of the light but not much. It seems to make good contact since there is no flickering of the light. This works the same for my Matterhorn. Just thought I'd share.
